While working for St Ives Skincare, I successfully grew their organic social media presence with zero budget, demonstrating resourcefulness and creativity. Using only free tools and my phone, I managed to double the followers on the Instagram account, achieving nearly 100% growth. This effort was carried out alongside my full-time role as Assistant Brand Manager, showcasing my ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
To create engaging content, I made use of everyday settings, transforming spaces like my bathroom, a local park, the office bathrooms, and even the outdoor tables at work into backdrops for fresh and on-brand visuals. By maximising what was available, I maintained a polished, authentic look that resonated with the brand’s audience and upheld its reputation.
During my time managing the Instagram page, I also led an influencer marketing campaign to support the launch of the St Ives Skincare cleansing sticks. This campaign successfully amplified the product’s visibility and drove engagement. In addition, I developed and executed promotional efforts to support the retail launch of the cleansing sticks, ensuring alignment across social media and in-store initiatives.
Through creativity, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach, I was able to enhance St Ives Skincare's social media presence and contribute to the successful promotion of key product launches, all within the constraints of a zero-budget framework.
