What I did

I worked with the Lynx team to support their Ice Chill campaign, providing a range of services that ensured its success across multiple channels. As a paid social consultant, I delivered analytical insights and actionable recommendations that optimised campaign performance. I also contributed copy suggestions for all assets, with many of these incorporated into the final creative cuts, enhancing the campaign’s messaging and impact.

A key part of my contribution was the creation of five social listening dashboards using tools like Brandwatch. These dashboards empowered the community manager to identify valuable data points and uncover opportunities for meaningful brand interactions. They also enabled the team to track performance metrics, revealing which content and influencers were organically driving the most engagement. This data-driven approach provided the evidence needed to refine budget allocations for paid ads, ensuring the campaign remained cost-effective and impactful.

As part of the Ice Chill campaign, I supported the launch of a £5 million omnichannel effort spanning social media, digital platforms, retail (both online and offline), and TV. Throughout the campaign, I provided strategic feedback on assets and overall direction, allowing for ongoing optimisation to maximise reach and effectiveness.

During the campaign, an Ice Chill event was held at BoxPark Shoreditch, which I covered in real time on Instagram Stories. These Stories received over 1,200 views each, driving foot traffic and encouraging people to visit the stand. My proactive engagement with attendees and followers on social media helped build excitement and enhance the event’s visibility.

In addition to these activities, I provided comprehensive support across several areas, including community management, influencer marketing management, paid social media marketing optimisation, project management, marketing messaging refinement, and social media analytics. By coordinating these elements, I helped drive sales, boost brand awareness, and strengthen Lynx’s position in the market.

Through a combination of strategic consulting, analytical expertise, and creative execution, I contributed to the success of the Ice Chill campaign, ensuring Lynx delivered a memorable and effective experience across all touchpoints.
