What I did

I supported social media activity across brands including PayPal UK, Morrisons, Cheez-It and Kellogg's across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Working across multiple consumer brands required adapting tone of voice, engagement style and content planning approaches depending on the audience and platform, whilst ensuring campaigns and day-to-day social activity remained consistent and aligned with wider brand objectives.

My role involved managing social media communities with audiences of over 60,000 followers, supporting engagement across branded content and helping maintain active and responsive channels. Alongside community management, I regularly engaged with relevant trending conversations and reactive social moments, helping brands remain culturally relevant and visible within fast-moving online discussions. This included commenting on trending posts and identifying opportunities for brands to engage naturally within wider social conversations.

I also supported with the launch of PayPal+, contributing towards wider campaign and social activity surrounding the launch. Alongside this, I managed social media calendars and supported with concept ideation across campaigns, helping organise content planning and contribute ideas for social-first content and engagement opportunities. Through this role, I further developed my experience across community management, reactive marketing and multi-brand social media coordination within a fast-paced agency environment.
