What I did
While working at Aylesworth Fleming, I supported social media activity for both Bloor Homes and Dandara Homes, helping manage community engagement, content planning, social media posting and paid social activity throughout the year. Working across the property sector required a balance between brand awareness, community-focused content and campaign consistency, ensuring that each brand maintained a professional but approachable presence across their social media channels.
I supported the planning and scheduling of regular social media content, helping to establish a more structured and consistent approach to posting across platforms. This included coordinating content calendars, supporting campaign planning and ensuring content aligned with seasonal activity, new developments and wider brand objectives. Alongside this, I worked closely with teams internally to make sure content was delivered efficiently and tailored appropriately for each audience and platform.
Alongside content planning, I also supported community management and paid social activity, helping both brands maintain active engagement with their online audiences. This involved monitoring conversations, responding to followers and supporting campaigns designed to increase awareness and engagement across their channels. Through this work, I helped strengthen the consistency of their social presence whilst contributing towards a more organised and strategic approach to their overall social media marketing.
